Do I Need To Be In Fit To Start Training With Core 9?

Simple answer NO. We love training new members that have never worked out before or have not worked out for some time. It makes for a great transformation helping you get in the best shape of your life. Plus the CORE9 trainers customize your workout to your fitness level.

Do I Need Any Experience?

No. In fact, we love teaching new members. That’s our job. Our trainers will guide you every step of the way to ensure you are doing the correct technique.

What Equipment Do I Need?

All you need is your towel, water bottle and the willingness to do your best.

Is There An Age Restriction?

Our oldest member is 63 and our insurance allows us to start members from 14 years old but they must train together with an adult, once they turn 16 years old they are free to train by themselves.

How Many Calories Can I Burn During The Workout?

If you work hard, you can burn anywhere between 400 and 600 calories in 31 minutes and still be burning more calories 36hrs after. Like anything, you get out what you put in.
